FoldedColor Packaging provides its customers with only the very best paper stock. Our folding cartons are all printed on premium Candesce paperboard (88 GE brightness) which allows for sharper printed images, text, and graphics. This SBS (solid bleached sulphate) board is available in both 18 and 24 point caliper stock. This board has an ultra smooth printing surface that provides consistency and uniformity run after run. It is also ideal for folding, die cutting, and enhanced shelf life for products. Various paperboards are used for different purposes. An 18 point board is used for lightweight products. 24 point board is our most rigid paperboard. Folding cartons are optimal for packaging cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food, candy, and other high-end retail items. Our paperboard passes “The Robinson Test,” which means it is safe for direct contact with confectionery and gourmet food products. It is also perfect for light weight packaged goods.
